Cyborg Resilience Co-lab (CRC)
CRC explores digital resilience under contemporary conditions in which war, disaster, and technological risk increasingly overlap. CRC operates as a loosely connected co-lab that sustains collaboration between research and practice, bringing social science, information engineering, and artistic practice into conversation. Together, we examine how posthuman warfare is imagined and enacted across military, civic, and digital domains.

OpenFun
Founded in 2023, OpenFun is a civic-technology company whose name combines “Open” and “Fun.” It builds dependable digital infrastructure for open data, public participation, and informed decision-making, including the LawTrace legislative tracker and an AI-assisted parliamentary transcript system. CRC and OpenFun received support from the TWNIC Internet Community Program in 2026.
